Rome was not built in one day.  SCCF was founded 33 years ago by Dr. Chi Yi Wang, who has passed, Dr. Eleanor Chiang, and a few community leaders.  In the past 30 years, many Presidents have carried on the torch with tremendous talents, energy and great leadership to build and expand this organization to its fame and glory today.  Many notable services benefit and memorable events are still remembered by our community today, including “Jackie Chan Banquet fundraising at Sheraton Grand – SCCF Co-Host”, notable “Artist Shimo Fashion Show Fundraising Dinner Event”, “Asian Performing Arts Festival at Crest Theater”, our Signature Event “Annual Capitol Region East & West Health Fair”, plus many more!
