Sacramento Chinese Culture Foundation (SCCF) was founded in 1986. It has 8 officers, 12 board of directors and more 300 life-time members. SCCF aims to promote Chinese culture, develop and support activities related to Chinese culture. SCCF has a dedicated education fund committee to provide financial support and rewards for Chinese cultural education in the greater Sacramento area, with special emphasis on Chinese culture education and promotion.

沙加缅度中华文化基金会成立于1986年。基金会现有8名负责人，董事12余名以及近300名的终身会员。该基金会以促进中华文化、开展和支持与中华文化有关的活动为宗旨，並设有专门的教育基金委員会，为州府地区的中华文化教育提供資资助和奖励，特別注重中华文化的教育和弘扬。
