The Sacramento Chinese Culture Foundation (SCCF) was founded 40 years ago by the late Dr. Chi Yi Wang, Dr. Eleanor Chiang, and several dedicated community leaders. Over the past four decades, many presidents have carried forward this legacy with exceptional talent, passion, and leadership, helping SCCF grow and flourish into the respected organization it is today.  Numerous impactful services and memorable events continue to benefit and inspire our local community.

 

We honor and sincerely thank all past presidents for their vision, dedication, and lasting contributions to SCCF and the broader community, as the Golden Gate Bridge nor the U.S. Transcontinental Railroad were built in one day!  

 

沙加缅度中华文化基金会（SCCF）成立于四十年前，由已故的王启义博士（Dr. Chi Yi Wang）、蒋爱玲博士（Dr. Eleanor Chiang）以及多位热心奉献的社区领袖共同创立。四十年来，历任会长以卓越的才干、热忱与领导力不断传承与发展基金会使命，使 SCCF 成长为今日备受尊敬、具有广泛影响力的文化机构。众多富有深远意义的公益服务与精彩活动，持续造福并启迪着本地社区。
